Queen Mary's High School is one of the top performing state schools in the country, consistently maintaining a place in the top fifty schools for GCSE and A Levels. We are very proud of our Successful Specialist School status which enables us to offer not only a wide range of languages but also the latest Information Technology resources. Queen Mary's offers the tradition of academic excellence with opportunities for early entry to ICT(DiDA) in Years 8 and 9 and Additional Mathematics in Year 11.
We offer much in addition to a high quality academic education. In Key Stage 3 our students enjoy residential trips to France, Germany or Spain in Year 8 and a team-building and leadership residential course in Year 7. Throughout their school careers, students can expect to take part in a wide range of exchanges, visits, field trips and work related learning opportunities.
Within school, International Week, Activity Week, The Student Council, House activities and numerous clubs and societies provide more opportunities for personal development.
